3 lbs potatoes, #4 cone 4 onions, #2 cone ½ cup almond milk
½ cup sour cream Salt & Pepper, TT butter tt
Process the potatoes using the #4 cone. Arrange a layer of potatoes and onions on bottom of 4 qt roaster. Add more potatoes and onions in layers. Pour mixture of half and half and sour cream between layers and repeat the process. Season as desired with salt & pepper then cook on medium-click-low until done.

Preheat Gourmet skillet (or in class today we used a round griddle/pizza pan) to medium. Do water test. Place Oil or butter on skillet (TIP: you will want to let the butter/spray oil heat up) and add hash browns (TIP: make sure the potatoes rinsed and are dried).
Cook for 12-15 minutes and flip. Cook another 12-15 minutes and serve! (TIP: after flipping them you will ad more butter to the top to melt down and create a brown on the 2nd side)
Also after you have flipped them and let them cook uncovered for 8 minutes cover them for about 4 minutes and remove cover and cook for another
|3 Med. Yukon Gold Potatoes (scrubbed, leave skins on)
||4-5 T Virgin Olive Oil
|1 Sweet Potato (scrubbed, leave skin on) this is where the nutrition lives.
||1 tsp Granulated Garlic
|3 Med. Purple Bliss Potatoes (scrubbed, leave skins on)1 tsp Kosher Sea Salt
||1/2 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper Kirkland Organic Seasoning Salt
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle the large Saladmaster stainless steel pizza pan with olive oil.
Use the Saladmaster machine to slice all the potatoes in thick pieces (should be chunky). Rinse the sliced potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch and drain in a colander. Pat potatoes dry and then toss in a bowl with garlic, salt & pepper, organic seasoning mix and little more olive oil. Spread out in a single layer on the stainless steel pizza pan. Roast in the oven 20-25 minutes until sizzling and edges are starting to brown/ caramelize. Serve immediately.
Use your Saladmaster large skillet and med-click-low with just a teaspoon of water in the rim. check after 10 minutes and add another teaspoon of water in the rim. Takes approximately 20 minutes to cook. Delicious and good for you!
