Apple Fennel Chimichanga with Carmel Sause

Apple Fennel Chimichanga

5 Apple (fuji apples) 2 bulb Fennel ½ cup Rum
1 Orange juice and Zest 1/3 cup Sugar Pinch of salt

Sauté coconut butter, fennel and apple. Add brown sugar with a touch of water to dispurse it. Remove from heat and add rum. Return to heat and reduce.

Place in flour tortilla, wrap, and fry using electric skillet at 325 and coconut oil.

Salted Caramel

2 Anis star
1 stick Cinnamon
1 can Coconut Cream
1 can coconut milk
1/3 Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla.


Place all ingredients into pan and let simmer until color browns.  Remove from heat and vanilla and salt.

Chocolate Avocado Cake w/Avocado Frosting


  • 1 Box Trader Joes Chocolate Cake mix (no Hydrogenated Oils in this boxed cake) I will also do a cake from scratch omitting the water and oil as the Avocado replaces both.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. semi sweet chocolate chips or 70% dark chocolate bar chopped up
  • 5 large Avocados (save 2 for the frosting)
  • 1 Zucchini

Combine cake mix,  2 avocados that you’ve mashed until creamy, eggs, shredded zucchini, and Chocolate until just blended.  Check the consistency.  If like a brownie, then good, if still too dry, add the other avocado.  Pour into a 9×13 Cake pan and bake according to box directions (or EOC if using Saladmaster on 300*.  Remove moisture from lid interior every 5/7 minutes and bake for approx. 20 min. or until done.)

Avocado Frosting:

  • 2 ripe avocados mashed
  • 1 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Mix all together until smooth and creamy.  Can use a blender or mixer.  Spread evenly over completely cooled cake.  Enjoy the vibrant green of this frosting. Yum.


Rooty Booty

This is Delicious, great for your and did I mention Simple and Easy!

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 Lrg. beets
  • 2-4 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (less or more if desired)
  • Salt, pepper, and additional seasoning to taste

Cut into one inch chunks. Toss lightly in olive oil, and season with cayenne pepper, and 21 Seasoning (available at Costco). Place mixture in baking dish. Preheat oven at 325, and bake until tender and potatoes are golden (about 40 minutes).

SALADMASTER Version: Cut ingredient with #3 cone. Lightly toss in olive oil and seasoning (you will need less oil for this version). Pour ingredients in the 3qut with inset. Heat at medium-click-low for 15 minutes (check after ten to be sure).

Start with the raw ingredients :

2 C.Rolled Oats
1 C Raw cashews
1 C Raw Almonds
½ C Sesame Seeds
1 C Raw sunflower Seeds
½ C Flax seeds
1 C Golden raisins
1 C Dried banana
1 C Dried Coconut (unsweetened, fresh is best)
1 C Wheat Germ

Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries

Natural sugar (agave, honey, raw, brown, maple) you choose to taste

Mix all together and put in airtight container.  Serve over Green Style yogurt or milk of choice (soy, almond, coconut, rice, etc…

*Cashews and Almonds, among other nuts, are not only rich in protein, but they also contain magnesium, (see above Almonds).  Magnesium is also found in whole grains, particularly bran cereals, and in some types of fish including halibut.  Being deficient in magnesium can drain your energy.
